Being involved in your treatment decisions necessarily includes an understanding of the treatment plan as well as your appointment and financial obligations.

Just as we are committed to providing excellent dental care, we are concerned with making it affordable to you. By reducing costly billing procedures and requesting payment at the time services are rendered, we can keep our costs down and pass the savings on to our patients. For your convenience, we accept MasterCard, VISA, American Express, Discover, personal checks and cash.

At Advanced Center for Cosmetic & Implant Dentistry you will be made aware of all the costs associated with your dental care and cosmetic procedures so there are no surprises. Financing options for all or part of your treatment can be arranged with Capital One, CitiHealth or CareCredit which allow us to offer Interest-Free and Low-Fixed Rate payment programs, to qualified patients, which makes dental care more affordable. We also offer gradual treatment options on dental work that will require multiple appointments. Payment of the services can be spread over the span of treatment. The financial coordinator will be happy to assist you in developing a payment schedule.

We accept most major PPO and HMO insurance plans. Co-payments, as well as any financial responsibility are due at the time of treatment. As a courtesy we will file your insurance claim forms and answer any questions you have to the best of our ability. Deductibles, monetary limitations and payments for dental insurance vary widely from those you may be accustomed to with your medical provider. We will aid in securing the maximum allowance due to you. If insurance has not paid within 60 days of your treatment, you are responsible for making full payment to our practice and will be reimbursed when your insurance company pays Advanced Center for Cosmetic & Implant Dentistry. Please keep in mind that dental insurance is an agreement between you, your insurance company and the employer who designed the policy.

 

The financial obligation for the dental treatment is between you and our office.
